Here are various instruments I have built. Each one is designed to the owner's specifications. I have several body widths and lengths available, in your choice of body depths , from 1-3/4" on up. If you have a favorite neck profile, I can copy that shape within very close tolerances. During building, you are welcome to stop by and inspect the neck shape before it goes to the finishing steps. Finish samples are made for you to choose from.

Heritage H-535 Truss Rod Slot Repair

This repair was needed as a result of overtightening the truss rod nut, and the material behind the truss nut washer compressing to the point of non adjustment. Any fret work will be done at a later stage. Steps done: Remove fingerboard Remove truss rod. Remove all hardware and electronics. Repair neck section under the nut, using an ebony plug. Re cut truss slot, adding slight curvature to bottom of slot Install rod. Glue in new maple slot filler above rod Re glue fingerboard. Refinish areas of neck. Re assemble.
